Orders and Shipping

Currently plant deliveries are scheduled on set days of the week based on which county you live in. The delivery days are as follows:

Hartford County – Monday through Saturday
Litchfield County – Tuesdays, Fridays, & Saturdays
Middlesex County – Thursdays & Saturdays

No, we do not keep your credit card information on file.  

Yes – per the Department of Agriculture for the state of Connecticut, Taxable goods commonly sold by farmers include PLANTS, SEEDS, HAY, FEED, MULCH, FERTILIZER (including manure), LIVESTOCK, POULTRY, RABBITS, CHRISTMAS TREES (living or cut), WREATHS, DECORATED OR CARVED PUMPKINS, and FLOWERS.

Unfortunately at this time, we are only shipping to Connecticut, and are only shipping to the following counties in Connecticut – Hartford, Litchfield, Middlesex & Tolland.

Returns and Exchanges

 

Live Material must be returned within 7 business days and be in original condition.  Delivery charges are not refundable.  All non-live material can be returned within 30 days provided it is in original condition. Sale items are excluded. All returns must be at one of our retail locations. If pick-up of return items is needed, Moscarillo’s reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee.

Refunds will be made based on original purchase. Credit/Debit cards will be returned to the same account. Gift cards will be re-issued.

We can adjust your shipping address – Please contact customer service department via the form below or call our store directly at 860-236-5487 and ask to speak to our shipping department.  Please make sure to call as soon as you can after order has been placed so that there is no delay in shipment of your order.

At this time we are not allowing pre-ordering on sold out items, but we are looking into this! Make sure you are signed up for our newsletter so we can let you know what awesome new products we have in stock.
